ICE.COLD.COFFEE

Kaijun, me and Melissa went kite-flying today.

There were only 3 of us because everyone else wasn't free. I asked almost all the horti people but they couldn't join us.

It's sad to plan outings and in the end have only a few people turning up.

Nonetheless, we had fun.

We went to Pasir Ris park and our plan was to fly kite, then go for dinner later.

Kaijun brought his pink kite. Haha. It was so pink, it didn't really suit a guy. But, it was a nice and simple one.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate.

We tried to fly the kite numerous times but to no avail. We finaly gave up one hour later.

Then, Melissa received a call and had to go back for dinner. So, only Kaijun and I were left.

Since it ws only 6.30pm, we went cycling for an hour.

It was really enjoyable and I loved the wind in my face. But I got sweaty and sticky after that so it was kinda uncomfortable.

Also, sitting on that small bicycle seat made my butt hurt.

Why do they have to make the seats so small? It's not like anyone has such a small butt.

Enough about the bicycle seat.

After cycling, we went back to White Sands.

I suddenly had a craving for pizza, but there wasn't pizza hut there. So sad.

In the end, we ate at the food court.

I had ban mian, one of my favourite foods.

Since I had to go back early to drink the soup my mother made for dinner, we went home after dinner.

It's a good thing the journey home was short. It took only 30 minutes.

We should go out more often.

Hopefully, more people can come along when we have such outings.

But, it's not bad having 2 people either. =)
