hey girl...
i so understand your frustration. i get that alot. but over the years, i've learnt to manage it better.
"PW is some sick thing that teachers and the MOE come up with to torture us."
that's probably true. however, in uni and when you start working, most of your job revolves around project work and meeting other people. so i guess PW just helps acquaint you with the concept of teamwork sooner.
i used to have this problem with trust. i didn't trust other group members to finish their work on time and the way i wanted, so i tried to micromanage and do everything myself. but i've come to realise that everyone just has his/her own way of doing things, and also his/her own strengths.
i'm much happier doing project work now, mainly because i have gotten the knack of picking the right teammates and also because i've learnt to let go and stop being so demanding.
sometimes, we need to realise people have different expectations. you may do a project wanting an "A" but someone else may be happy with a "B". so, while it's unfair that you seem to be working harder, it's also unfair to expect him to work more than he needs to get that "B".
if you're really unhappy with something, let your groupmates know, politely. you'd be surprised at how some of them may actually change. yes, it has happened to me. =P
just some friendly advice from a "PW-Veteran". take care and all the best for PW. =)

Thanks so much! That really helps a lot!
I feel better already. Today for our meeting, things turned out very smoothly and did quite a lot of work.
Such clashes are inevitable in groups and we just have to learn to deal with them. Teachers have also told us that PW is important for our uni life. I guess this is just a warm up.
Anyways, thanks! Really appreciate it! =)
