ICE.COLD.COFFEE

I got to prepare a lot of recipes today. It's much easier than doing other stuff.

I preapared ganach (some sort of chocolate), some sponge cake, carrot cake (not the cai tau kueh you get from hawker centres!) and some grand marige (wrong spelling) cake. Fun!

And after 7pm, only Echo, Ah Hau, Zhang Lan and I were left in the kitchen. We had fun talking and eating stuff. Haha. I love working late!

It's sad that we only have another 2 days of work left! I definitly miss this great bunch of people! I wouldn't mind extending the attachment, provided we are given allowance. Now that we're working, without being given any salary or allowance, it makes no sense to go to work when I have to fork out my own transport fare!

If they could just give me a little, little bit of allowance to cover my transport expenses, I'll voulenteer to work another week or two!
