August is finally here!

My favourite month! Haha....

Why?

Cos my birthday is in August!

This year in particular, it seems like it's been a really long time since the last August was here. I don't know how to describe such a feeling either. Haha... I just feel happy that it's my favourite month now.

My birthday is on the 31st. So it's still quite a long way away. But I don't know why, I'm always so excited about that special day.

When I was young, I used to count down to it since more than 1 month before! Now, some of the excitement has died down, but I still look forward to it nonetheless. :D

I don't understand how people can treat their birthdays just like any day. I hope I never ever feel that way about the 31st of August. It's that very special day, just for me! Hahaha...

And I'll make sure that there's a cake and people singing birthday song! Haha... My friends may do it for me, and I know that my family will do it for sure. They know how important it is to me! :)

Last year's birthday was nice, except for that unexpected gift that was quite a surprise. I still have mixed feelings about it. Hmmm...

I'm quite sure this year's will be nicer. I don't know why either, it's just that feeling. Like me and my group of friends are much closer now, and I know that they'll be happy for me too.

When we had to find a present for Jasmine's birthday, it was so troublesome, and we were afraid that she wouldn't like the gift. So I told the girls that I would tell them what I want. Hahaha.... So bu yao lian. But at least I'll save them the trouble of looking for it.

I already have some things in mind. I'll put up my wishlist one day. Haha...
