ICE.COLD.COFFEE

The performance at VJ today really was not interesting at all. I was sitting at the back of the hall with the swimming people and we couldn't hear the video properly.

Plus, the emcees were quite boring. No offence to anyone, and I know that I couldn't possibly have done a better job, so I probably have no right to complain. But, you know, it was just not up to standard for me.

My favourite part of celebrations is always singing the national day songs. I really love that! Still remember that last year, Jasmine, Sheryl, Amarjote and Li Yue, the few of us were singing the songs together.

But this time, no choice la, since all those people sitting at the back were all too un-enthu. And none of the swimming people wanted to sing too. Haiz...

Still, I feel that this year's National Day doesn't have that atmosphere. Maybe it's because I'm too caught up in studies? Don't know. Anyway, whatever happened to those time slots for those National Day videos in between tv shows?

I love lots of those songs. We will get there, home, xin lian xin, where I belong, etc...

After the celebrations, I went home. Everyone seemed to have plans, so I decided that I'll go home to study for the biochem test next week. Now, I've finished half. Haha... So happy!
