I received a really early present today. From Charlene. Didn't expect it, but oh well... I'm not going to say stuff I'll probably regret later.

This year's birthday doesn't seem to be as exciting as the previous years. Maybe I'm not looking that forward to it because it means prelims are drawing near too.

Anyway, I'm already prepared to receive almost all of my presents late. Cos of prelims, my friends won't have time to buy. And I understand that too. So I already expect them to be late. If they are on the day itself, it'll be a bonus.

Actually, I really don't like to receive belated presents or wishes. Because after the day itself, the special feel about the birthday is already gone. And it's worse if good friends forget. But then again, sometimes I forget too... So never mind...

I've gotten down to real studying yesterday. Studied a lot of organic chemistry. The thing is, I studied at the expense of doing homework and my precious sleep. So today, I didn't do almost all my homework, and didn't understand most lessons. I was super sleepy too. And it's only the first day of the week!

Putting all the stress aside, I feel that studying is actually quite fun. I come home very early nowadays because I don't have cca. Then, I just sit down to study for hours. Gives me a great sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. Haha... I kinda miss cca though.

Today, Li Yue said that I seem to be very quiet these few days. It's very true. I noticed that too. Maybe because I'm too sian-ed by the whole studying thing.

But from now on, I don't want to be so spaced out all the time again. I'm going to be happy! Haha... :D

And, I won't keep whining about studying on my blog anymore cos the more I blog and talk about it, the more I enforce the inconfidence in me. That's bad...
