Prelims: Maths S plus outing!!!
It's finally the last paper. Woohoo!!! :D Seriously, prelims are gone in such a short period of time. It's really very fast! JC life seems to pass especially quickly...
Maths S paper today was actually ok... It's not as hard as I expected. I haven't been doing any tutorials for the whole year, and I was expecting to not be able to complete even one whole question! The practice questions I was doing last night were so demoralising. I couldn't even finish one question that I decided to give up after the third one.
I managed to do the 4 compulsory questions and the 2 probability questions. But, I didn't know how to do the other 2! Left 20 marks blank. And I can't believe I didn't do the easy question again! I did the other 2 difficult ones (or didn't really do cos I left so much blank). There was a choice and I didn't do the obviously easy question, just like the Physics paper 3! Argh! Melissa said the 9 marks were give away. Ahhh!!! Kill me please! I must be blind!
Anyway, enough about exams. It's all over. And school reopens on Thursdays cos VJ got marking days. Yay! :D
After the paper, I went home to help my Mum with some housework before going out.
I went out with Melissa, Si Hui, Hanjie, Yuwen and Charlene to Plaza Singapura. This outing was so much better than I expected. It was truly a lot, a lot of fun!
We had dinner at Carl's Jr and I shared the meal with Yuwen. Then, we walked around and looked at all those pretty stuff. There was this shirt that I really liked but the one in brown did not have my size. Quite a pity cos it was on 50% discount!
We walked so much that my feet really ached! But it was really very nice! Retail therapy. Haha... I think it's the best way to lose weight cos we walked so much.
You know, you have to walk from shop to shop, and inside each shop, you've got to walk a few rounds to look at stuff, plus the occational toilet trips, I guess I walked more than 1km! And stood like 3 hours straight! Haha... Maybe it's an exageration. I really can't estimate the distance like that.
I really love all the stuff in the Nike shop! Just wonderful! The clothes were all super nice, and the bags, oh my goodness, I think they have new designs!!! I LOVE IT SO, SO MUCH!!!
Remember I said that the Sheryl and the girls are gonna get me that black and gold Puma bag (which is also super nice!!!) for my birthday? They haven't bought it cos of prelims and I was quite worried that that particular design won't be available now since it's been a few weeks. But no worries, now I've got my next second choice ready. Hahaha.... I think I'm just bag crazy. And super fickle too, since I keep liking a different one.
On the MRT on the way back, somthing happened. After the train door closed, I immediately leaned on the door cos there was nothing to hold and I can't stand properly in a moving train without anything to hold. But, just as I leaned back, the door opened and I got a shock. Quite embarrassing actually, cos the train was really quite crowded and a lot of people saw.
We talked a lot more on the train and it was very nice to catch up with everyone. And I realised that both me and Si Hui are dying to play pool and go bowling! OMG! We really need to have another outing. Don't know when that will be though, cos we don't seem to have any day in common to go out. TJ resumes lessons on Tuesday.
Anyway, I'm going to make full use of this period of time to play hard. All the teachers keep saying we need to get back to our studies when school reopens (which is Thursday). Cannot rest too long, if not we'll lose the momentum.
Going shopping tomorrow with my family, and to celebrate my brother's birthday. Then on Monday, I'm going to Marina Square with Jasmine and Sheryl to buy my present and Amarjote's. Excited...!!! During this period of time, I'm also planning to go swimming! I've been itching to swim. Haha... See, I've got my time all planned out. :)
