I haven't been blogging quite as often as I did in the past cos I'm trying not to be too dependent on blogging. Think I'm becoming a little, just a little teeny weeny little bit more introverted because I'd rather talk to the computer than to people. Haha... Besides, blogging sometimes seems like writing a short essay, no time la. So many things to study, so much homework to do, I would rather sleep if I had time.

I haven't exactly started intensive studying yet. Momentum's building up, but not there yet...

Yesterday was my Mummy's birthday and I went to Parkway to buy a cake from Swissbake. The cake's called chocolate romance. Super yummy! Also bought a super nice card from Print for Shuwen. It's her birthday tomorrow (in a few minutes...).

Anyway, while thinking what to write for Shuwen's card, it suddenly dawned on me that our friendship is just so fantastic. We've been best friends since primary 3... or is it 4? Oops... And throughout, we've been able to keep our friendship strong and going. Though we don't go out very often, and sometimes see one another for only once a year (that's really little for best friends!), we always keep in touch through sms.

She's just such a true friend and whenever I have problems, I can tell her because I know it won't affect the way she looks at me at all. There was once in secondary school that I forgot to bring my thermometer during the SARS period and had to buy one for $8. Somehow, I got so depressed about that (and even cried!) and I told her about it. She never fails to dispense good advice and encourage me.

Shuwen is just a wonderful friend that I never think of as being a bad person or a hypocrite. I love her so much!

Anyway, I also remember that in primary school, we all used to write "forever friends" in each others' autograph books. Then, I didn't really mean it when I wrote it. But today, I wrote it in Shuwen's birthday card and I can seriously see us as being friends forever! I'm just so glad that she's my friend.

I posted the card this afternoon, after 5pm, so it'll probably reach her a day late...

On another note, tomorrow is the official last day of lessons. Friday is farewell assembly. It's going to be the last time that we wear uniforms to school for lessons! I want to wear uniform to university... It's such a bother thinking of what to wear everyday.

Nice grades huh? ABCD. Haha... Not exactly what I was aiming for. I better do much better for A's!
