I stole...
Ok, let's not say steal. It's such a bad word. It was more of borrowing without asking. And yes, I have intention of retuning, so it's so wrong to classify it as stealing.
Ok, so what did I steal, erm, borrow?
A copy of The Economist from VJ library.
Ok, I know it's lame. How many people actually read that magazine?
I "borrowed" it because I wanted to brush up my GP and I wasn't going to school today so I couldn't read it there. So, I took it out of the library yesterday, together with the rest of my books and I'm planning to return it tomorrow. I was actually worried the alarm would sound when I went out. But I already checked the magazine for any barcode thingy. There wasn't any, obviously.
We're not allowed to borrow magazines so I decided not to try asking.
Besides, no one reads it, ok! So I won't be depriving anyone of the magazine. Almost everyone who goes to the library these few days go there to study, and only 1 or 2 actually read The Strats' Times. When I sat at the couch reading Economist, no one even went near the shelf for the magazine.
So there! I'm not doing anything wrong.
And I know I sound quite defensive, because I actually feel a little guilty. Blame it on me being too goody-goody all the time.
Tomorrow's the first day of A's. It's GP in the morning. I'm not that nervous... yet. I'm just going to read loads of Economist, newsapapers, GP notes, and some chim words today. Then I'm gonna go to bed early. Yay!
Ps. I think The Economist is kinda interesting. Haha... I'm such a geek.
